Is there a registration fee to join?
No. Joining the Sub-CP program is completely free.
How are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid within 30 days of the builder releasing the payout to YesProp. You receive a payment statement with each transfer.
What if my lead is already registered with the builder?
Lead registration is handled through YesProp's CP codes. If the lead is not already registered under any agent, we register them under your Sub-CP ID. First registration wins. This is standard industry practice.
Do I need to be RERA registered?
RERA agent registration is recommended but not mandatory to join our Sub-CP program. We can guide you through the registration process if needed.
Can I work with multiple builders through YesProp?
Yes. YesProp is empanelled with 50+ builders across Hyderabad. As a Sub-CP you can work across all of them through a single partnership.
What if I bring a lead but need help explaining the project to the buyer?
