1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Rudraira Projects platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Platform Description
Rudraira Projects is an exclusive channel partner property listing platform for the Hyderabad real estate market. The Platform facilitates connections between prospective buyers and verified channel partners. We are not a real estate broker or agent.
3. Property Listings
All property listings on this Platform are submitted by channel partners and reviewed by our team. While we make reasonable efforts to validate listings, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing. Property prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice. Prospective buyers should independently verify all information before making any purchase decision.
4. RERA Compliance
Properties listed with a RERA number have been registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. Buyers are encouraged to verify RERA registration independently at the Telangana RERA portal (TS-RERA). Rudraira Projects is not responsible for the accuracy of RERA information provided by channel partners.
5. Inquiries
When you submit an inquiry through our Platform, you consent to being contacted by Rudraira Projects and the relevant channel partner regarding your inquiry. We do not guarantee response times, though we aim to connect you within 15 business minutes during working hours.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Platform to: (a) submit false or misleading information; (b) scrape or harvest data without our written consent; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform; (d) interfere with the proper operation of the Platform; or (e) violate any applicable law or regulation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including the design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Rudraira Projects. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rudraira Projects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or any property transactions facilitated through it.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Telangana, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date below reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
