Plans differ mainly in who handles repairs above ₹5,000, you coordinate it on Basic, we do on Standard and Premium.

Basic Plan
For repairs above ₹5,000, you coordinate the vendor from abroad.
Monthly fee:
8% of rent collected (or)
₹3,500 /month + GST
Plan 2 —
Standard Plan
For repairs above ₹5,000, we get two quotes and send them to you. You approve. We do the rest.
Monthly fee:
10% of rent collected (or)
₹5,500 /month + GST
Plan 3 —
Premium Plan
For repairs above ₹5,000, we handle everything and inform you after. Nothing reaches you unless you want it to.
